Form fields show in cart, not in email receipt 1 Year, 5 Months ago  
I have everything finally working successfully with two forms EXCEPT, the form fields show fine in the cart but are missing in the email confirmation.

Not sure what minor thing is missing.

Thanks in advance. I'm behind on a crucial deadline.

There was a small error in the helper. I fixed it.
Clients having the same problem should redownload the module and update the helper file.

Thanks for fixing the bug but I still can't seem to make any other forms w/o developer support making them. Each has some sort of bug that needs fixing.

I had such high hopes but am a week late on posting deadline.

Sad it didn't work out.

As the module says in settings-mode, the databse tables for the form are not complete. Create the correct tables and it will work.
