My problem

Check form database table

The form must be connected to a table. The hidden field "formkey" must be present in the table.
No databasetable is connected to the form! Check your ChronoForms settings to make sure you attach the form to a table.
Field "formkey" is not present in your databasetable! Check your table settings, or create a new table with the correct fieldnames.


What do I have to do?

like the message says, you have to check your form settings. See the manual on database settings of your chronoforms.
