I HAVE PURCHASED THE VM CHRONO MODULE, BUT DUE TO BIXIS VERY LATE REPLIES MY CONSULTANT REFUSED TO INSTALL IT AGAIN. I AND MY CONSULTANT REQUESTED MANY TIME FOR GUIDANCE, BUT IT WAS NOT REPLIED. NOW MY SITE IS INCOMPLETE.

I THINK IT IS NOW THE RESPOSIBILITY OF BIXIES TO INSTALL IT OR REFUND MY MONEY.

Since you never gave me acces to your site, i can't help you solve this problem. dozens of customers have installed this extension without a problem, your consultant should be able to do this as well.
if you have a clear support question, other than "I don't understand" or "it doesn't work", I will help you solve it.

by the way, it can never be our responsibility to install the component. I'll support you but will not do your work for € 7.49..

thanks for quick response. as you told me earlier that you could not respond to my earlier emails due to your personal engagement, my consultant's finished the job without installing this module after awaiting considerable time. all necessary links, p. word were provided to you by our consultant.

i therefore request you to kindly favour me installing this module, as i already paid to my consultant for the job.

If you post the details in the support ticket i will take a quick look.
There must be a working ChronoFroms form to be attached to the product.

You don't have the Chronoforms component installed on your site.
That really is necessary to operate the VM-Chronoforms module.
