I am pulling my hair out a little... I have gone throught the setup of the upload utility to add it to a site i'm currently working on.

I love the mechanics behind it and the upload facility, however....

I have set the upload attribute to a product within my shop. On testing, I go into the product, upload a picture (which shows on the thumbnail after it has uploaded) and then when i click on 'add to cart' it acts as if it has added it but nothing was added to the basket!

I have tested the same procedure without the upload facility in place and it works fine and adds to the basket.

If any body has had the same problem or could shed some light on it then it would be appreciated!!

It's a bug in VirtuaMart version 1.1.4. Please read:

And make the changes with the booleans. After that it's just working OK
This problem has nothing to do with this VirtueUpload extention, but with VirtueMart it self.

This hack not worked for me.
In my site I have two variants of product.
Then I setup "Produkty pokrewne [Related Products]" for one variant the basket stop working. Then I clear [Related Products] - works fine.
Related Products for main product work fine

I got the files zipped and add as an attachment.

Put the 4 files into:
\*your Joomla site*\administrator\components\com_virtuemart\classes\

Make sure you got a back-up, you never know
