wont upload 1 Month, 2 Weeks ago  
Hi there, ive done all the hacks and installs corerectly running new joomla 1.5.20 and vm 1.1.4
Files will not upload correctly and they are showing the backend with 0bytes and this warning :


Warning: Division by zero in /home/web/hostedWebsites/********.co.uk/administrator/components/com_virtueupload/classes/output.class.php on line 183

Could anyone please enlighten me to what ive done wrong?

You probably have SAFE-mode on, or your upload-directory is not writable.

Hi Malles, OK how do i find safe mode, i have looked in FTP for upload folder in both com virtueupload and admin com_virtueupload....cant find to check permissions?

The upload folder is in your root, /virtueupload. Check the chmod settings in your FTP program.
You can see the setting of safe-maode in the joomla backend, menu Help->System info tab php-settings

OK, that seems to have worked 0 i had to manually create a virtueupload folder in the root, safe mode is off.
