Via the form-values, is possible changing the quantity of your product which will be added to the cart ?

Yes, this is possible with a small hack in the module. If you contact me when yo uhave it installed, I'll fix that.

What was the details of this hack?

Did you create a QTY box field within your form then copy it to another form field so the quantity is updated and displayed within the cart?
